Since then, I have completed additional CBT-I training including U Penn's Basic Training and Mini Fellowship. I have also received additional supervision through U Penn. In addition to working with insomnia, I am a therapist who specializes in working with anxiety disorders, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive behaviors, and ADHD. I have treated hundreds of clients with Insomnia Disorder and have specialized experience treating insomnia with co-occuring disorders such as PTSD. I have been working as a clinical health psychologist for 19 years. Most of my clinical experience has been within the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I work in integrated Primary Care teams, helping veterans with various behavioral and health concerns, including sleep issues. I received extensive CBT-I training through the VA, which included 6 months of consultation reviewing audiotaped cases to ensure I was delivering the treatment with fidelity.
