I am a psychotherapist focusing on the treatment of adults with sleep problems as well as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stressors, and other mental health concerns that commonly coincide with sleep symptoms. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) independently as well as in conjunction with other therapies to meet individual client needs.
