My areas of specialty include insomnia and other sleep disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression, often with chronic pain or stress-related issues. I trained with Donn Posner, Ph.D., at Brown University's School of Medicine in an internship and subsequently in my post-doctoral training as well. I've taught psychology full time in a liberal arts setting for much of the last two decades, but recently expanded my private practice, when I left teaching last year. I'm trained in behavioral and in Cognitive-behavioral therapy for panic, phobias, GAD, OCD, and stress-related disorders, as well as mood disorders. I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in the state of New York since 2007. My specialties are insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I was trained at Brown Medical School (Now Alpert School of Medicine) and completed both my internship and post-doc there, at Rhode Island Hospital's Sleep and Anxiety Center.
