Russell Gilbert M.D. has been practicing Sleep Medicine since 1995. Since 2007, Dr. Gilbert has had a private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona focusing on insomnia and its psychological and behavioral causes. This focus has enabled him to become an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Dr. Gilbert remains one of only 40 physicians in North America, and the only physician in Arizona, who has additional certification in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
