I have a masters degree (MS) in clinical psychology with an emphasis on health psychology. I worked at the Mayo Clinic for 13 years in their Behavioral Medicine/Health Psychology section of the Dept of Psychiatry and Psychology. While at Mayo, Peter Hauri, PhD was my supervisor and I was therefore informally trained in CBT-I over the many years we worked together before his retirement. I have also attended CBT-I lectures over the past 25 years.
