Dr Gavriloff is a clinical psychologist and sleep medicine specialist, and sees both adults and children clinically. He lectures in sleep medicine and is a Research Clinical Psychologist at the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi), University of Oxford. He also leads the Oxford Two-Day Masterclass in CBT for Insomnia. His research interests are principally in the development and refinement of psychobehavioural treatments for circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders and in the advancement of sleep medicine education within wider clinical training pathways. As well as his work at the SCNi, he runs an NHS non-respiratory sleep disorders service at the John Radcliffe Hospital (Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), and works part-time as a consultant in sleep medicine ...

Jan has worked in behavioural sleep medicine since 2008. Since 2015 she has worked within the National Health Service. She runs Hunrosa Sleep consultancy which comprises a multidisciplinary team of professionals who use CBTi among other approaches to resolve Sleep issues. Specialist knowledge in additional needs and sensory dysregulation. Jan runs regular accredited training sessions for the NHS and Educators., which incorporate the use of the Sleep Wise app for the under 25s. Hunrosa is the only contracted NHS private provider in the UK.

My educational background is in Psychology, in which I have a Bachelor's degree, but I am also a massage therapist, certified clinical hypnotherapist and am qualified in the application of cognitive behavioural therapy for sleep issues (CBT-i). All of these qualifications have been crucial in learning how to help myself improve my own sleep and are now invaluable in helping other adults with sleep issues make positive changes in their lives too.

I am an integrative therapist and member of the UKCP, BACP (Accred) and BSS. I also trained at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine as a CBT-i practitioner, working with people who struggle to sleep. Aside from my private practice, I worked at an NHS service in London and a low-cost service and volunteered at a mental health charity for adults, and continue to volunteer at a charity for struggling mothers. I am trained in, and practice, different approaches to individual and couples therapy, based on my client’s needs and wishes. My Masters is in Psychotherapy Studies, and my dissertation focused on treating anxious insomnia.
