Dr Anna Joyce is a Chartered Psychologist offering personalised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Nightmares (CBT-N) to help you achieve restful sleep. She is dedicated to improving your sleep quality and overall well-being through effective one-to-one therapy courses via phone or online video call.
She has an academic background in cognitive neuropsychology and has been researching sleep since 2007, including in neurodivergent conditions, and she received advanced training in CBT-I and CBT-N by the world-leading experts. She is interested in the impact of sleep problems on cognition, behaviour, and mental health, and how, if we can optimise sleep, we can perform at our best during the day. She uses her academic skills to keep up to date with the scientific research to inform treatment recommendations.
