I’m a psychotherapist in private practice licensed in NY and NJ. I offer over a decade of experience, specializing in treating anxiety and insomnia. My own struggle with insomnia led me to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and I was my own first CBT-I patient. It worked so well that I became a CBT-I practitioner.
