I am a board-certified family medicine physician who delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI). After completing medical school at Mount Sinai in New York City, I relocated to Philadelphia for my residency in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Since 2005, I have worked in private practice as well as large health systems and my clinical practice has been in full-spectrum, community-based care, treating patients ages 0-99+.
