Human beings need sleep. And whether you have insomnia for an unclear reason - or can point to varieties of anxiety, depression or fear - CBT-I is an excellent tool to help you get back on the path of a solid night sleep.
I provide telehealth therapy for insomnia (for those located in Oregon and Washington state) - and provide therapy for those who have reoccurring nightmares - and used to have a group for people with re-occuring nightmares. My education is CBT-I - and also includes Image Rehearsal Therapy IRT) for nightmares AND Exposure, Relaxation, and Re-scripting Therapy (ERRT) which is a cognitive behavioral treatment for trauma-related nightmares.
