Dr. Short earned her PhD in clinical psychology at Florida State University in 2019, where she gained extensive training in the treatment of anxiety disorders and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She completed her clinical internship at the Charleston Consortium (Medical University of South Carolina and Ralph H. Johnson Veteran Affairs Medical Center), where she received further training in behavioral sleep medicine, as well as anxiety and PTSD treatment.
