I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice since 2011. I specialize in the evidence based practice of anxiety and sleep disorders. I received advanced training in the treatment of Insomnia (CBT-I) through Penn's sleep training program. In addition, I participated in a two year long consultation group with a focus on insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
