I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and psychotherapist with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I focus on evidence-based treatment for insomnia, chronic pain, and stress-related concerns, drawing on clinical experience with individuals navigating complex health conditions and major life transitions. I offer CBT-I via telehealth across Alabama and in person in the Birmingham area. My approach is structured and collaborative, supporting clients as they work toward their sleep and wellness goals using personalized, evidence-based strategies. I often work with individuals who have struggled with sleep for years and are looking for a clear, research-backed path forward.
