I obtained my initial training in CBT-I and CPAP desensitization during my clinical internship at the Milwaukee VAMC. I further honed my skills in these areas during my fellowship at Michigan Medicine/VA Ann Arbor. As a staff psychologist at the Indianapolis VAMC, I completed the VHA's CBT-I certificate program. Additionally, I have trained students and clinicians in CBT-I. I am also trained in CBT for Nightmares (CBT-N). Now in private practice, I remain passionate about helping individuals aged 18 years and older with their sleep.
