Rayni Collins, BC-DMT, LPC-S, LCMHCS Featured
I'm Rayni Collins (BC-DMT, LPCS, LCMHCS), a sleep and mental health therapist based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Since April 2022, I’ve been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and have helped many clients regain restful sleep—even when nothing else had worked before.
I use a two-phase treatment model.
Phase One focuses on sleep health using CBT-I and principles from Behavioral Sleep Medicine. This typically takes 1–6 sessions and is designed to quickly improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety at night, and restore natural sleep rhythms.
Phase Two, for those wanting deeper healing, shifts toward mental health support using Brainspotting (certified since October 2024), Dance/Movement Therapy, and person-centered talk therapy to address symptoms of stress, trauma, and emotional fatigue.
With a master's in Dance/Movement Therapy & Counseling (earned in 2013), I bring a body-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. My clients—often creative professionals, healthcare workers, and sensitive empaths—appreciate how practical, personalized, and validating this process feels.
If you’ve been struggling to sleep, feel constantly “on,” or are exhausted by stress or overgiving, know that support is available—and change is possible. But first comes better sleep.
