I work with older teens and adults in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah navigating anxiety-related concerns such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and insomnia. I also work with parents and caregivers seeking to support their anxious children and teens through parent coaching. Through evidence-based treatment, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.

I completed cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) basic training with Drs. Perlis and Posner at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in 2024, and I am enrolled in advanced training for Spring 2026. I offer CBT-I both as a standalone treatment and integrated with other therapy when appropriate.
