I completed basic and advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with Drs. Perlis, Posner, Ellis, and Grandner at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in 2024 and 2026. I offer CBT-I both as a standalone treatment and integrated with anxiety or OCD treatment when appropriate. I consult with leading experts in the field weekly to review cases and bring evidence-based behavioral sleep medicine to the rural communities I serve.
