Rayni Collins, BC-DMT, LPC-S, LCMHCS Featured
CBT-I is a structured, short-term approach that helps you retrain your brain and body to sleep again—naturally. It’s more than sleep hygiene. We get into what’s really disrupting your sleep—habits, stress, anxiety, unhelpful patterns—and make targeted changes that lead to real, lasting rest.
We typically meet weekly for 4–8 sessions, depending on your needs. Most people start noticing improvements in sleep, energy, and mood within just a few sessions. Once your sleep and nervous system feel more stable, I also offer Brainspotting—a gentle, body-based method to help process emotional stress, trauma, or burnout that may be lingering beneath the surface.
I work virtually with adults 30+ in North and South Carolina—especially creatives, healthcare workers, therapists, and big-hearted people who show up for everyone else but feel exhausted themselves. Clients say they appreciate the way I balance structure and compassion. I keep things focused and effective, but never pushy or overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel rested, regulated, and recharged—not just in your sleep, but in your life.
