I'm a Lifestyle Medicine GP registered with Medicare to provide Focused Psychological Strategies and accredited with the Australasian Sleep Association to provide CBT for Insomnia under the GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. I provide a holistic approach to treating Insomnia with a deep understanding of how our bodies, minds and lifestyles can impact a good night sleep. My skill set is well suited to treating Insomnia in the context of co-morbid mental and chronic physical health conditions including during Perimenopause/Menopause. I'm a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and currently working towards a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine. I'm a member of the Society of Behavioural Sleep Medicine, Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, Australian Society of Psychological Medicine, Australasian Menopause Society, Royal College of General Practitioners.
