I have thirty years of clinical experience, fifteen of those spent within the VA system delivering CBT for Insomnia and serving as a master consultant and trainer, teaching other therapists how to deliver this modality of treatment. I have treated hundreds of clients with Insomnia Disorder and have specialized experience treating insomnia with co-occuring disorders such as PTSD.
