Ellen Wermter is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and was awarded a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Virginia and her Masters of Science at Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Ellen is a dedicated sleep professional who practices full time, offering both in-person and telehealth options. She provides CBT-i and CBT-H, as well as specialty care for other sleep concerns.
