I am a licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral medicine researcher in health behaviors and health equity. For the past 15 years, I have been treating and learning from diverse people coping with insomnia. I have worked extensively with people with insomnia with cancer, and, more recently, in new parents. I have specialty training in CBT-I and Psycho-Oncology from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and conduct research, consulting, and training in health psychology in my role as Associate Professor at Rutgers University.
