I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), a short-term, research-supported treatment. Together, we can transform fragmented sleep into restorative rest, you will learn techniques to quiet racing thoughts, and we will develop personalized sleep strategies, all without the need for medication. My practice also extends beyond sleep to help you handle stress, discover meaningful priorities, and adjust to new chapters in your life.

I am a clinical psychologist with extensive training in and experience treating insomnia. I received my Ph.D. from Temple University and completed my clinical psychology internship and a postdoctoral fellowship through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior, providing clinical supervision to psychology residents and postdoctoral fellows. I have over 13 years of experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapies, primarily with Veterans through the Veterans Health Administration, and I am passionate about the assessment and treatment of insomnia disorder, as well as other mental health conditions.
