I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board-Certified, Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) who has been practicing since 2011. My professional experience ranges from rural crisis intervention to acute inpatient care. I currently work in private practice in Clive, Iowa. I utilized CBT-I to support clients with chronic insomnia and firmly believe that sleep is foundational to physical and mental health. I look forward to working with you!
