I have been in practice for over 15 years and have extensive experience in treating insomnia and other sleep disorders. I underwent intensive training and consultation in CBT-I at a medical center and have been certified in this treatment since 2021. I provide CBT-I in my practice on a regular basis, and find this to be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding treatments to offer. I spend 1-2 sessions thoroughly assessing sleep to ensure CBT-I is the right fit, to comprehensively understand your sleep issues, and develop a treatment plan that is thorough and uniquely tailored to you. While this is a structured treatment, it is important to be flexible and adapt the treatment to each person's needs.

My training and experience have included how to adapt CBT-I for people with chronic pain, chronic illness and medical conditions, other sleep disorders, PTSD/trauma, other mental health conditions, high sleep anxiety, traumatic brain injury, women across the lifespan, older adults, and other populations.
