I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 15 years of advanced practice nursing experience providing psychiatric care for a wide range of mental health conditions. Throughout my career, I have cared for individuals experiencing chronic insomnia, both as a primary concern and in the context of other health conditions.

My CBT-I training includes the Beck Institute's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia workshop and participation in Stanford Health's Sleep Health and Insomnia Program (SHIP), including ongoing case consultation.
