My name is Megan Hoch and I am licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY36007). I have a small private practice that I am launching, and also work for a group practice (Santa Monica Psychology Group) and the UCLA Insomnia Clinic. I specialize in behavioral sleep medicine and provide treatment for insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and nightmare disorder, and I can also provide PAP adherence/desensitization training for individuals who are facing difficulties using their PAP devices.

I completed my PhD in clinical psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I completed my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at the Sepulveda VA, part of the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. With the VA, I spent much of my training with the Behavioral Sleep Medicine clinic. My postdoctoral residency program was in behavioral sleep medicine and is accredited by the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I have a background in health psychology more broadly and have a passion for helping people to improve their sleep as a means of improving their mental health, physical health, and overall quality of life.
