I am a Clinical Psychologist and Registered Counsellor based in Ipoh, Malaysia. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental conditions, and adjustment-related difficulties. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and behavioural approaches to sleep and emotional wellbeing.

In my CBT-I work, I support clients to understand the factors that maintain insomnia and to apply structured, practical strategies to rebuild healthier sleep patterns. I am also actively involved in mental health training, supervision, and community-based mental health initiatives, with a particular interest in making evidence-based care accessible and culturally responsive.
